2005 Show Wins
September
Jade went down to Montana with Randy McAteer and Sweetie Kay for a short 4 day circuit. We are thrilled to announce that Jade obtained her American Championship on the first day with a 5 Point Major!! beating 20 other bitches and all the males for Best of Winners! Jade was moved up to the Champion class on the third day and was awarded Best of Opposite Sex. We can't thank Sweetie and Randy enough for showing Jade so beautifully. Congratulations to Bill and Sandy Grover who are ecstatic about Jade's wins.
June
Jade along with her brother, Stryker, attended their first Sieger Show held outside the City of Calgary, Alberta. Jade received a V2 with a great critique from German Judge Gerhard Apel.

Jade recently traveled with Perry Payson to Colorado / Idaho / Montana and was awarded a 3 & 4 point major as well as several singles from the Open Class finishing the circuit with 11 points towards her American Championship!. Of 16 shows entered, Jade was recognized everyday with either Best of Winners, Winners Bitch or by making the top 4 of her class.
In December, 2006, we attended a Sanctioning Match and Practice BST held by the Foothills Working Rottweiler Club. Jade was entered in the Champion Females class and received a V1/Select Female Rating from Judge Andreas Mueller. This is the critique she received:
Four year old female. Very well built. Correct size. Calm, attentive. Excellent female head with small ears. Right ear is not carried correctly. Brown eyes. Broad short muzzle. Mouth pigment mostly black. Strong neck. Very well developed chest of excellent depth and width. Straight front. Paws sufficiently knuckled. Pronounced withers. Excellent top line with correct croup. Tail is docked. Very good anuglation in the front, excellent angulation in the rear. Well muscled thighs. Beautiful course coat. Light marking, well distributed but should be more defines around the muzzle. Free fluent movement with space covering gait. Complete scissor bit. Full dentition.
 2.5 Years
"Jade" is a shining example of a female Rottweiler. She is medium in size, but with an exceptionally strong, muscular rear end, and had a high degree of overall muscularity even as a young puppy. Jade is very difficult to find any serious fault with. Her movement is extremely strong for such a young dog, with a great top line that stays very firm when moving. She has great reach and drive, and overall fluidity of movement.
 14 Months
Jade has a very nice, feminine head type, with very dark, almond eyes. She is extremely outgoing and affable to all she meets. She has boundless energy, and is extremely athletic and agile. Jade developed into a very muscular, powerful female of medium height as she matures. In our opinion, she has the potential to put some major show wins under her belt once she has matured, both in Canada and the U.S.
Jade took some very significant wins along her path to becoming a CKC champion, which was completed by the time she was only 9 months of age. Jade had a very big weekend at the Evelyn Kenny Kennel and Obedience Club Show held in Indus, Alberta in July of 2003, where she took Best Puppy, Winners Bitch, Best of Winners, and Best of Opposite over a large field for a CKC show. Included in that field were numerous CKC and AKC champions. In fact, the only dog that stopped Jade from taking breed that day was "Darkstone's own Jebediah".
 4 Months
Jade is a force to contend with in the Rottweiler show ring. Other than structure and movement, Jade is simply a "natural show dog," one who loves to be in the ring and performing for the crowd. Jade is owned and loved by Bill and Sandra Grover of Calgary, Alberta. We are thrilled that Bill and Sandra opted to add Jade to their family of Rottweilers, as they offer a great, loving show home to any Rottie they own. Jade was handled to her CKC Championship by Jeanette Brown.
